Meet the owner
Tyler has spent more than fifteen years in the land business, running clearing and earthwork projects for government agencies and private clients alike. Hundreds of jobs later, there's not much ground in North Mississippi he hasn't seen a version of — overgrown acreage, washed-out drives, raw timber, tight build sites.
Mississippi born and raised, he started Lots & Tracts to do the work the way he believes it ought to be done: show up when you say you will, give a straight number, do the job right, and leave the place better than you found it. The guy who walks your property and bids the job is the same one who picks up the phone the whole way through.
